The two-day concert series came to an end on Thursday and Gaga did not disappoint as she opened for the 95-year-old crooner earlier in the week. In 2014, the duo released the Cheek to Cheek album featuring duets and set just two dates for their current engagement. It is worth noting that Tony Bennett is living with Alzheimer’s, but he still managed to give a memorable performance alongside Gaga.

The reason for the reservation was to bid their partnership adieu, named as One Last Time. It included two performances on Tuesday and Thursday at the renowned Radio City Music Hall. The famous Valentino spoke highly of her companion during the Tuesday night show. To mark Tony’s birthday celebration that evening, she modified the lyrics of Kander & Ebb’s New York, New York song to suit the occasion.

Susan Crow, Tony’s wife, confirmed his Alzheimer’s diagnosis in an AARP Magazine profile and stated that he sometimes loses track of his location. Despite his condition being apparent during the recording of his second duet album with Lady Gaga from 2018 to 2020, they were able to produce a great collaboration.
